Marta Fraioli works in the field of personal data protection, cybersecurity and privacy.

After a work experience abroad, Marta was a trainee at the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante, where she worked in the Department of Communications and Telematic Networks. This training period allowed her to acquire specific skills, in particular, in the areas of marketing and telemarketing, as well as to gain an overview of how the Authority interacts with the various institutional players.

Graduated with honours from the University of Rome La Sapienza, with a thesis in European Union Law entitled “The protection of privacy in the European Union: from Directive 95/46/EC to Regulation 2016/679/EU”, Marta has been working with the firm since 2018.

In 2019, Marta brilliantly obtained the Master of II level in “Digital competences for data protection, cyber security and privacy“, organized at the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
