Gabriele Franco deals with Data Protection, Cybersecurity and Information Technology, with a particular interest in the field of Artificial Intelligence and, more generally, in the multiple questions, practical and theoretical, concerning the Law of the new technologies, Legal Informatics and Information Law.

Graduated from the University of Udine with a thesis in Legal Informatics titled “Law and Artificial Intelligence: the ‘automated-decision making’ between legal nihilism and technological ethics”, he was awarded as best graduate of the degree course for the academic year 2017/2018.

He is enrolled in the Register of Journalists – list of publicists.

Gabriele has been with Panetta & Associati since 2020.
