Eugenio Gualdi, trainee lawyer, works in the field of New Technologies Law, deepening the issues related to the discipline of Privacy and Data Protection.

Among the different and delicate aspects that characterize the protection of personal data, he is particularly interested in the world of Big Data and FinTech.

He graduated in Law with full marks at the University of RomaTre, with a dissertation in Commercial Law entitled “Fintech: the impact of Big Data on financial markets”, analysing the role of privacy in digital finance.
