On the 27th of January, on the occasion of Data Privacy Week, the IAPP KnowledgeNet Chapter of Brussels will host an event moderated by Vincenzo Tiani, titled “Vulnerable people and data protection: rethinking the importance of participatory design“.
A panel of experts will discuss the role of vulnerable people in the GDPR and in data protection and the tools that can be put in place to minimise the risks for them.
The speakers will present VULNERA, a joint project of the Brussels Privacy Hub (VUB) and the FPF, which brings together researchers working on these issues.
