Our Managing Partner has given his interesting view on the relationship between ethics and data protection, with a particular focus on the aspects related to the arising of new technologies. The rampant use of algorithms and Artificial Intelligence softwares impose, in fact, on every market operators, to ethically reason on such new instruments, as confirmed by the European Data Protection Board, in the recent guidelines on privacy by design and privacy by default under the GDPR.
