In its new line-up, P&A has the ambition to continue offering quality legal services to its Clients. This with the aim to support them in future market revolutions and helping them to understand the rules to compete locally or globally in a pervasive digital world, where cyber security and data are more and more becoming the main competitive leverages on many markets and industries.
Panetta & Associati is starting with a team of six people in Rome.
However, this phase comes after an important number of collaborations, both at a national and an international level, with high quality lawyers tested by the satisfaction of our Clients over the last ten years. All those non exclusive partnerships allowed us to offer our Clients a wide range of legal services, even in areas which are not part of the “core business” of the Firm, such as antitrust, labor, criminal and corporate law.
We are also working on a series of Clients with Protiviti, a large multinational consulting and IT company, with whom we assist Clients in the delicate compliance activities within the framework of the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
