Article 29 Working Party (WP29) just published for public consultation on its website two important sets of guidelines relevant to the application of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – so-called General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR.
In particular, those are:
- Guidelines on Automated individual decision-making and Profiling; and
- Guidelines on Personal data breach notification.
Public consultation will be open until 28 november 2017, it is possible to send comments and notes to the following email addresses JUST-ARTICLE29WP-SEC@ec.europa.eu and presidenceg29@cnil.fr.
